the service was acceptable at the reception.
housekeeping didn't refill empty shampoo and body wash bottles for the two nights of my stay. the breakfast staff seemed cold, it reminded me of a cruise (not in a good way). i don't expect any recognition for any status here.

The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! it had a great variety and everything tasted fresh. the pools were clean and there were plenty of loungers available. I never struggled to find a spot. the location right on the bay provided fine views and easy access to the water.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel staff provided helpful and friendly service. The pool and sauna were well maintained. Breakfast was EXCELLENT. I especially liked the restaurant, the food was superior and service good.
I found that the hotel service required extra payment in every place. The service at the pool was terrible and the staff was arrogant. They made me pay 2 € each to bring a pizza to the sun lounger.

I experienced really good service, comfort, and cleanliness. The staff paid thoughtful attention to special occasions. The room was super clean, and the bed and linens were comfortable. The spa receptionist recommended a great Lomi Lomi massage. It was one of the best i've ever had.

The breakfast offered many choices. I liked the helpful concierge staff, who were always ready to assist. The spa provided an excellent experience. I found the room to have a great view.
Cleaners left notes on the door stating they could not clean, incorrect. I did not request privacy at any time . This miscommunication was quite inconvenient.

The hotel is near a supermarket, which stocks a lot of different products. The area's setting is beautiful; it allowed me to relax, away from busy streets, and i appreciated the tranquility.

The bedroom included a very comfy, huge bed. Bottled water was replenished daily. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard, a standard i hold in high esteem and the reason i'm grateful.

The breakfast was very good. It had a lot of different options and it was always fresh. Staff in the lighthouse restaurant were helpful. Milan went out of his way. The hotel deserves their five stars because the quality of everything is high.
The staff at the beach facilities needs better english. I did not expect this from a hotel of this quality.
